Hello, Friends!
My name is Sara Fielding and I am the Development Director and Business Office Manager at St. Croix Festival Theatre. You also might see me in the box office at a show!
I started working at Festival Theatre in October of 2023. As of April 28th, 2026, that makes 931 days with Festival! Working here has truly been a privilege. I have met so many wonderful people: the board, staff, artists, volunteers, donors, patrons....it really is a community-wide effort that keeps this place running. I'm proud to be a part of that community!
