Friends of Osceola Library supports the Wilberg Memorial Public Library programs and material acquisitions. Funding for programming is one of the smallest line items in the budget. The Friends augment all kinds of programs at the library from the Summer Learning Program, to crafting for the adult program, to contributing to author events. In addition the Friends have an annual commitment of $3000 for materials acquisition.
