Christian Community Homes & Services (CCH), is a nonprofit, faith-based senior living community. With campuses located in both Hudson and Osceola, WI CCH provides a full continuum of senior care from Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, Transitional Care & Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. SUPPORT ONE OF THE CCH FUNDS Friends Helping Friends Fund - Recognition and celebrations of employees, the recruitment of new staff, and emergency funds to help employees in crisis. Mission Forward Fund - Provides vital support for the most urgent needs of our residents, helping us continue our heartfelt mission of community, care, & honor. Helping Hands Scholarship Fund - Supports employees in advancing their healthcare education, enhancing the quality of care and connection provided to residents. CCH History
In 1981, Christian Community Homes (CCH) was born out of the desire and need to have a nursing home remain in Hudson, Wisconsin (along the WI/MN border in the St. Croix River Valley). Launched by the Hudson United Methodist Church and supported by the Hudson community, what began as a skilled nursing community for seniors, has now tuned into a full campus that includes both long-term and transitional care, along with, independent living in WinterGreen, Assisted Living at Pine Ridge, and a secure and safe Memory Care in Pine Ridge Gardens.
Just north of Hudson, our story continues in the charming town of Osceola (along the WI/MN border) where CCH offers skilled nursing and assisted living, both conveniently adjacent to the Osceola Medical Center. Additionally, Evergreen Senior Living is located just minutes away as an option for seniors choosing a social lifestyle with care services, available by request.
Between our two campuses, CCH annually cares for more than 500 residents providing activities and options for everyone to live their best life, each and every day. From morning exercise, manicures, and live music to community events, crafts, fishing excursions, and so much more, the residents of CCH enjoy a wide variety of experiences that fill our days with joy and laughter.
As a 501c3, non-profit organization, CCH relies on donations and fundraising as part of its operations.
