That’s where Adoray’s Full Circle Aftercare steps in—offering guidance, support, and a steady hand during one of life’s most difficult times.

The 7 Burdens After Loss
When someone dies, families don’t just inherit memories. They inherit a system of tasks, timelines, paperwork, and decisions at the exact moment they are least prepared to carry them. These are the 7 Burdens of After Loss.

Adoray’s Full Circle Aftercare exists to remove these burdens.

We help families:

• Understand what needs to be done
• Know who to contact and when
• Prevent missed steps and costly mistakes
• Reduce confusion, delay, and overwhelm
• Spend less time frustrated, and more time with family
• Focus on grief and healing, not paperwork

Because no one should have to navigate loss alone.

In 2025, 221 hospice families found comfort and clarity through our Full Circle Aftercare, a free service offered by Adoray Home Health & Hospice. This program helps families manage the necessary but often confusing tasks that come after a loved one passes, allowing them to focus on healing rather than paperwork. 

This year we are setting a goal to raise $2,500 to support our Full Circle Aftercare program.

What is Adoray's Full Circle Aftercare: 
When you are grieving the loss of a loved one, wrapping up final personal affairs for your loved one can be extremely exhausting and taxing. Adoray's Aftercare provides a concierge service for families that helps them wrap up all the personal affairs and estate issues after the loss of a loved one. Aftercare will personally walk the family through each step, make all notifications for them, and assist in wrapping up the non-legal estate issues completely and correctly. Some of the areas they cover are government benefits, finances, protection, insurance, and estate services. 

Why Does Adoray Need to Raise Funds to Provide Full Circle Aftercare: 
As a Not-for-Profit Home Health and Hospice agency, Adoray is committed to putting People over Profit. While also providing the highest level of personalized community-based in-home care. Part of that commitment is providing our Aftercare service free of charge to our hospice families. Each year it costs Adoray over $25,000 in non-reimbursable to cover the cost of providing Aftercare services. We have seen the tremendous impact these services have made on families throughout Western Wisconsin.
