At GROWW Education, we build local power by training people across western Wisconsin in the skills of grassroots organizing.

We believe that when people have the skills, support, and confidence to lead, they can shape the decisions that affect their lives—and build communities where everyone can make ends meet, live with dignity, and have a real voice.

Through community campaigns, coaching, and hands-on trainings, GROWW Education works alongside people across our region to take on the issues they face every day—whether that’s protecting clean water, improving housing, or making sure families can get the care they need.

Our sister organization, GROWW (Grassroots Organizing Western Wisconsin), is the vehicle people use to turn that leadership into action—bringing people together to win real change in their towns and counties.
